The Focus Course

Alumni Spotlight: Mo Bunnell

Meet Mo Bunnell. Mo is the founder and CEO of Bunnell Idea Group. He’s a business development coach in Atlanta.

Mo was one of the first people to go through The Focus course.

Shortly after completing the course, I got a call from Mo.

He called me to say his business had just finished its best quarter ever, thanks to the what he learned and applied from The Focus Course.

As Mo shares in the video, things were already going pretty well him. But after completing the Focus Course and applying the ideas to his day-to-day life, Mo was able to cut back significantly on his business travel, generate more revenue for his business, and even buy his family’s dream home.

It almost sounds too good to be true. But it’s just proof that this stuff works.

Not only is The Focus Course ideal for getting back on track, it also helps those who are already doing well. Because it helps you challenge your assumptions and re-think your current focus.

Like Mo, most business owners need to improve how they are spending their time.

We help small business owners get organized and back in control.

After going through our program, our alumni have more focus, are owning their time, and are growing their business.

Focus = Profit

Focus Like a Boss is our mastermind program for small business owners and CEOs who want to reduce their weekly working hours while still growing their business and empowering their team.

As part of this Focus Like a Boss, we will show you how to:

  • Build your “Million-Dollar Schedule” and optimize your CEO Calendar for breathing room, flexibility, leverage. We’ll take your dream week and turn it into a normal week.

  • Eliminate 90% of the busywork and procrastination in your week.

  • Develop your company-wide system for execution: A SIMPLE and PROVEN framework that can be easily customized for you, your managers, and your entire organization.

  • Prioritize and organize your ideas so that nothing gets lost AND you’re able to consistently finish what you start.

  • Take 6 (or more) weeks of vacation each year while still growing your business. (This may seem impossible to you right now — I know that’s how I felt about it in 2017.)

  • Build the high-performance habit of delegating the right things at the right time in the right way.

  • Eliminate the time you waste by constantly having to put out fires and deal with other people’s urgent issues.

  • Create a business budget that can be easily managed in less than 2 hours / month.

  • Remove yourself from the day-to-day process that are wasting your time AND holding your company back so you can focus on the high-value design of your business.
