• 9:00am: Morning Sessions
• 12:30pm: Lunch Break (included, on site)
• 1:15pm: Afternoon Sessions
• 3:30pm: Question & Response
• 4:00pm: Cocktail Hour. (included, on site)

Wednesday, May 20

• 8:30am: Doors Open, Breakfast Served
• 9:00am: Morning Sessions
• Noon: Conclusion

Travel: When to Fly In and Out

If you’re coming from out of town, you will want to arrive in Kansas City the evening of Monday, May 18th. We will be starting first thing on Tuesday morning, and you won’t want to miss a thing.

The last session will conclude by 12:00pm on Wednesday the 20th, with the airport approximately 45 minutes away depending on traffic.

Airport: MCI

If you plan to fly, you’ll want to come in to Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

Getting Around

For getting around after the event, all nearby hotels and places to eat or shop are within just a few minute’s drive! 

For transportation to and from the airport, you can grab an Uber or Lyft. Car Rentals are also available from the airport. It’s roughly a 45 minute drive from the airport to the venue or recommended hotel.

What to Bring

We will provide printed materials for all course content. If you’d like to take additional notes in a notebook, tablet, or laptop, you are welcome to. As noted previously, wifi will not be available at our venue.

What to Wear

Dress code at the event is casual. We want you to be comfortable for the day.

May in Kansas City is typically very pleasant. Highs in the 70’s/80s during the day and low 50’s/60’s in the evening. We will be sure to include the week’s forecast in our email updates the week before the event!
