Refresh: How to audit and streamline your current systems, Productivity Focus Booster
Workshop
Anything of importance requires our intentional and proactive care. However, for me (Shawn), I find that the older I get, the more “set in my ways” I am. Which means I am all the more likely to continue using a productivity system that no longer suits me best. That stubbornness does not serve us well if it keeps us from learning, maturing, and adapting. Our workflows, tools, and routines all need a good old-fashioned audit once in a while.
For this first call of the Productivity Focus Booster, you’ll audit and refresh your current system and workflows. Perhaps it’s time for you to simplify things for better focus. Or perhaps you need a new element to help you get out of that overwhelmed state.
Clear the decks and get back to a fresh clean state. Understand what is working for you and what’s not, so you have a clear path forward. What do you love and hate about your system? What are the current elements of your system? Find what’s working and what’s not.
