There are five important areas that all require their own margin. Without proper breathing room in each area, you will feel the pressure and that sense of overwhelm — but you may not be able to identify why.
Most people are familiar with the need for margin in their finances and margin with their time. But there are additional, semi-visible areas of our life that also must have breathing room as well.
Those other areas are our physical energy, our emotions, and our mental creativity.
